I know the 911 call center is a very difficult job to do but that Supervisor needs to be fired. She needs to learn to listen and not get mad or cut off the caller no matter what. She probably got her job by knowing someone in a high position. That is how Gov works. Just let the guy talk, let him know you are checking on the Supervisor and try to keep as calm as possible. I know she would not have been calm if a cop or anyone slapped her.
