If you know the price is too low it is considered theft. They probably won’t be charged, but they will be made to pay the original price. Scammers are everywhere

If they had any decency they would not walk out of there knows a dishwasher is not a penny! They made a mistake on the price computer clich whatever it may have been! These types of people are why prices go sky high ! They should be ashamed of themselves!

It’s not a penny it’s discontinued item that is to be removed by the associate who does pricing changes. May have not had time to get to this item. The item was probably been in a clearance area.

I avoid Home Depot whenever possible. Another scummy thing they do is that if something doesn't get scanned, for whatever reason, they will come at you hard for shoplifting. Even if you escape that they will sell your info off to some bottom-feeder lawyers who will then send letters demanding payment to make your charges
"go away".

I dont understand calling this cop positive things. He detained two people for what would at most be a civil matter. He kept saying allegations of….. because there were no allegations of a crime. I dont care how polite and professional you are this is a good example of ACAB. He violated both of your rights.
