Thanks again for all your help showing their intentional intimidatory, bias, marsha racist policies. I can never do anything right apparently without them twisting thing up to meet there and employees needs.

It’s incredible that they can get their employees to lie and falsify statements intentionally to violate my rights and be able to slander me. To protect themselves from avoiding the issues of Racial Discrimination that has is being allowed to happen intentionally by them so they can keep their precious downtown cleansed in Whiteness by making sure no Latinos or Blacks can ever compete with them period. Not limited to making sure only a few specific white owned businesses here can intentionally dominate the area with the full support of the city behind them.

You're asking the cop for legal advice. Go back and get arrested, and then fight the arrest as illegal because the trespass was illegal. You sound angry every time you speak. You need to hid that in your voice. Example. "Could someone help me please?" If they ignore you , file a complaint with the city manager in writing. Don't push the issue. They kept you waiting on purpose. Why?

Risk Management holds the bond information on each officer, public official and the agency itself. A claim can be filed against their bond. If enough claims are filed or if enough of a pay out against the bond occurs the officer loses the bond and then cannot work as an officer. 👍

Contact the Risk Management department the agency of the officer you wish to file a claim and tell them you want the name of their bonding company who bonds their officers. The agency can lose their own bond if they do not give you this information. Contact the bonding company and tell them you wish to file a claim.
As an approximate amount of claim to consider- Suits related to unlawful seizure have resulted in compensation of about $2000 per minute. This includes excessive seizure after completion of the original scope of the stop. Such as when one receives a traffic citation and the seizure continues because the officer attempts further investigation, questioning, fishing, etc. without RAS, reasonable articulatable suspicion of an actual crime, i.e. a public offense of which there is an injured party.
