The two officers making the arrest were not the ones discipline by internal affairs. It was actually Officer Robert McGinley #1674 and Michael Rosario #2026 AKA “Mr. Excessive force.”

On April 4th 2021 Officer Rosario arrives with Mr.Jackson who is the man that is arrested in this video to St.Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach Fl. From there Rosario and McGinley carried Mr.Jackson to a wheelchair and another officer (Testa) is seen pushing the wheelchair inside. Later Mr.Jackson ended up on the floor of the emergency room…. The missing Body Worn Camera is from Officer Testa who passed away shortly after this encounter.

They started putting cuffs on him for what?
They didn't even determine that he committed a crime.
He can leave from the situation if he is not detained.
Then they tried to taze him for what?
To stop someone who was not detained or proven to have committed a crime?
This is stupid.

Why are they chasing him?
His car is there with all his info. The girl knows all his info. Just go to his house later.

13:13 thats why they gotta stop hiring out of shape cops lol the fuck man dude had a clear shot at him but he ate to many donuts.. look who ends up getting him the chick .. these officers messed up all over the place .. at first they let him keep stepping towards his gf or ex whatever she was and then keep arguing and then they werent even listening and i can just go on and on .. this is awful but im not shocked most cops dont even know the laws or anything

Ms. Amanda keep up the great work that you do! To me.. You're one of the legendaries. Ok.. to the video. I heard a channel, DeletelawZ, mention digital policing.. or something to that effect and I wasn't exactly sure what it meant till the man in this video ran. With any leo.. as soon as someone runs its all on. They can't help but chase. Chase chase chase. In some cases the innocent public is put into danger. Grave danger when it comes to 'shots fired' or car chases etc. In some cases where imminent danger is posed by the individual running then ok, the risks of the chase are less than potential for danger from the runner. Now.. in cases where a subject is running because of being scared.. or possible drug/drug use.. or any non-violent reason why not just let them run. The officer stated his name when he reported into command. So.. you have his name, his address so just swing by later after things have calmed down and make the arrest. Possibly the subject turns himself in after realizing his stupidity for running. But to subject the community at large to pursue a non violent offender .. to put members of the public AT RISK just because someone 'ran from police' just doesn't make sense. Say a cop swerves his patrol car and hits a pedestrian.. or kills someone? Why? A mother hearing her child was killed because a "man ran from police " so we HAVE to pull all the stops and chase him like life itself is on the line doesn't work. Pick him up later. Say a cop gets hurt during the chase.. he catches additional charges. Great. Officer is hurt, taxpayers pay the unemployment. Again WHY? Sure.. they'll say "he shouldn't have run" but what won't be said is "you don't have to chase ' They had his info.. in many cases they do.. if he is going to pack up and move out of state, out of the country to avoid a traffic citation let him for Pete's sake. It boggles the mind that trained professionals act like the dogs at the race track when the robot rabbit is released. WHY??? When it's as simple as plugging a name into a computer.. waiting 4/10ths of a second for his address to come up.. take a leisurely ride by his place an hour later and pick him up. But NO.. high speed car pursuit, 27 officers on foot.. tasers and firearms being brandished.. the possibility of a misfire, a cop falling and pulling the trigger.. oh what the hell..

This make cop is outta control.. yelling tase him tase him.. then the commands to 'get on the ground'while the guy is ON THE GROUND! Yelling "on the back" when the guy is ON HIS BACK. Yelling 'stop resisting' after the guys in cuffs.. you cant make this stuff up!!! Comedy gold.. if it wasn't law enforcement officers we PAY to protect and serve us. If you heard while he was chasing in the car he says " move move" to someone that must have been on foot in his lane of travel.. what I mentioned in earlier comment.. potentially injuring an innocent citizen in pursuit of a slightly less innocent citizen. Why???????????
