They could have discovered an atomic bomb in that car it would all be ruled inadmissible doesn’t matter that the window was open what was inside the bag was not in plain sight the car was. Locked and the alarm activated showing it was locked NO ONE objected to this officer dragging them into a civil rights lawsuit you can tell that this officer is all excited and hyped up. He has three pages of user of force complaints double sided even! I was a cop for 18 years in south bureau Los Angeles. Marijuana was legalized in California Nov 2016. And medical marijuana was legalized in California in 1996. So why was any odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle even an issue to break in and ransack the vehicle? And then they confiscated his property without writing any citations?
