The Cops here are allowing the HD Emoyees dictate to them even though he has already been told they can be there and Why.
He needed to Shut Down that Mouthy Know It All Kniw Nothing Lady in Pink down and Explained to her she was wrong and that tge Constitution AND Homeland Security gives them the right to be there.
The only reason the other people in the past left is because they didn't know they could have gotten a camera and come back and stayed there.
The Cop was bad mouthing the Ones in the right and agreeing with one's in the wrong.
Time for Cops to Shut Up as that under normal circumstances could be Slander and Defamation under the laws they are supposed to be serving.

I work in the healthcare industry and I am so damn sick of hicks who don’t understand how HIPAA laws work. The onus is on the health department to create privacy in a public space and only people who have been trained in HIPAA laws can violate them. These women make me so angry. And the moronic director “my clients”, “my parking lot”, “my lobby”. Someone needs to slap the stupid out of that woman and then tell her if everything belongs to her then the state no longer needs to pay her because she’s working for herself

So many violations of the law that the cops should know – who trains them – a monkey. Love the cop who goes outside and reads the sign – "To be seen you must have a picture ID". First, violation of our rights. Second, the sign doesn't say you must show it to them or that you have to have it on you – just that you must have a picture ID. See how stupid and vague these signs are? And why is the audio missing on parts of it – gee…that could be something they wanted to charge you with – OBSTRUCTION! A good lawyer will have a field day with these videos – they incriminate themselves by their own words and ignorance of the laws they swore to uphold. Putting a citizen in handcuffs for not IDing themselves with no crime suspected. Not knowing the ID law. Not knowing the rights of the free press. Saying there is a law that journalists must have a press ID. It's no wonder they all try to fall back on "Qualified Immunity" – without it they'd lose every lawsuit brought against them for all the rights violated. EVERY cop that showed up was ignorant of the laws and rights. When that supervisor showed up he know the laws and rights, and yet he STILL let them sit in handcuffs for another 10 minutes or so. Hope they all minimally have to personally pay up, and they should be retrained and sent back to being a rookie cop. They should also be charged with crimes themselves.

Now, THAT — was IMPRESSIVE! I don't think I have ever been witness to such a lengthy display of conspiring against a citizen. Ten plus public servants working as a unit to build strategy that will FORCE a citizen to submit to THEIR will.

We see public servants on a frequent basis use language that implies ownership. "Get out of MY building" etc. But now, we have a county director claiming to own people. MY clients etc. The health care profession and law enforcement are twin minions of authority. Both exhibit behaviors of arrogance and confidence and are equally ready to bully others out of their way. All I see here is a bunch of head scratching and standing around. It's like they have been shell shocked. WTF? Just happened here??? None of them has the slightest clue. It's really a good flavor of humor to watch them reason this out in their heads. The officer that carried us throughout this video was really using his head. He was a man with a plan and he thought he had it figured out, "Yeah, LT, we can ban him and if he refuses to leave, then we will trespass him, and then if he refuses to ID, then we can go with obstruction". He was trying so hard to convince his LT that it made sense and was a brilliant plan. I can guarantee you that the LT was making some phone calls of his own. It's funny, hilarious in fact when you realize how much time they just spent going up and down the chain of command. Oh no….we don't know what to do! Law enforcement simply do NOT know how to interact with law abiding citizens. They're always on the look out for something to charge them with. If they can't find that, then they start bellowing unlawful orders and frivolous directives. I've had just about enough it's just pathetic
