Is this the federal grant project that will expand port capacity by like 40% or something else? That project will bring more jobs and revenue to the area. Nobody wants to be told you have to sell but these kinds of projects do not get completed without being able to obtain adjacent property

If there is dirt…it will be money, work or gifts going to these from contractors, developers and such. You would have to watch these people closely, without ongoing access to all their financials…it would be hard to tell. Once they start development …the payments would be made…or the blackmail. Let's see if they all live another tell. You never know…

there is no citizen government won't impact, often negatively… imagine government taking your land when you paid your ransom for decades faithfully every year when they asked for property taxes, but it wasn't enough, eventually they came for your land when they wanted it because that was easier for them, and you will just have to live with the minimum they pay to take it from you, not a fair value like they will claim, because to you it was worth more than its price, or else you would have sold long ago…
