Those yearbooks are public property. They are produced by the school using school funds and are kept by the school as a school record at taxpayer expense. They are subject to review by ANY member of the public for ANY reason. The fact that the administration would make SUCH A BIG DEAL makes you wonder what they are trying to hide.

The fact you might have to FOIA the yearbooks is INSANE! Government at ALL LEVELS has failed and they are operating with complete disregard for the public they serve.

Anyone can buy a yearbook … what are they so afraid of …you can go on line and buy them .. and there is also a website were you can look through any yearbook you want …if it's a public schools ..then all yearbooks are on line …..
