Club Banko Cantina in West Palm Beach claims footage of Hate Crime Victim has been deleted due to a 72 hour retention period. The victim claims he was told something different in the beginning. The initial responding officer Mr. excessive force also known as Officer Rosario failed to obtain the footage when this crime occurred.
