I had the Miami Police that arrested me cause I passed out behind the wheel in Coconut Grove about 1am for DWI. I told the officer I was not drinking which was true so he handcuffed and instead of giving me a breathalyzer test on the spot where my car was I had to wait about 30 min for the arresting officer to arrive. They took me to the police department to do a breathalyzer test and guest what I had a 0.00 alcohol level and the officer said Hmm you’re right you weren’t drinking. He could of called 911 for an ambulance or fire rescue to check me out but he didn’t but guess what I fainted again or passed out then they called 911 to the police station to take me to the hospital and my ex-girlfriend picked me up. I was about 21 at the time. I probably could of sued them but I’m glad I’m ok. I rarely ever drink.

If you are a law enforcement employee ignorance of the law is perfectly acceptable, they call it qualified immunity. One of them keep following me when I went to Pittsburgh on business trip with PPG. He followed me everywhere. When I would park, he would park and wait for me to get gas and continue. Does Pennsylvania have it's own SS police like nazi Germany or USSR? I would never move to the sh__hole state.
