Sergeant Malcolm Allison provided false statements to the clerk of court to file a petition of injunction against me when he is the one who threatened me and my children.

Amanda; without any contact or prompting from you, without it being your idea or having any input. Wouldn't it be nice to see a pack of auditors show up at that police station and do their own audits and cop watching. All the while claiming they have had no contact with you. That they are independent and there of their own free will in support of themselves and their subscribers – not yours. In fact, if you made and posted a video, imploring other auditors to not do anything on your behalf may be helpful to you as well. In case others decide to carry out their own audits. Hell, they could say they got the idea from me if they wanted too. Just a thought.

this is why I tell people to file for emergency protective orders against bad cops, it forces things beyond the "personnel complaint" and into the courts VERY quick with an escalated and urgent review of the officers misconduct…

Cop was calm, professional at all times. Not flustered one iota. Grateful for law enforcement. We as a country have a rough social contract. An understanding that law enforcement is a necessary part of a functioning society. Sounds like someone issued a restraining order against Amanda. Gee. Can't imagine why. I'm not able to grasp this. Where I have lived, as far as I know, the police police and the sheriff's department does the courthouses, the jails and serves papers. Hmmm 🤔 methinks tis a bit odd.

My comment has nothing to do with Acura Amanda, who I fully support and wish her success in her endeavors with L/E and government corruption and incompetence.

With that said, a great example of behavior displayed by the utter arrogance, entitlement, despotism, tyranny and 'rules are for thee, not me' attitude and demeanor that is so prevalent among LEO's and public officials (elected or not) – can be viewed near the end of this video at 2:30. Take note of how the deputy parked entirely blocking the sidewalk, while there is more than abundant space to park correctly, merely feet away. Of course its not really causing an obstruction of one's ability to travel, by simply walking around the vehicle. That makes sense, – except for the part where the average Joe is at risk of fines and harassment, – whilst these clowns don't have to worry about such nonsense.
