“Call Dispatch!” First Amendment Audit Fail/Tyrants and Liars Found!

Mass Audit of the Dothan Civic Center.
Intent to sue was served by Rouge Nation. When the legal department would not answer their phones, a man who appears to be overdue on retirement came to transport the intent to sue to the legal department. There is also no phone number listed for the city attorney. We were all denied access to the general lobby to take pictures, use the bathroom, and buy bubble gum.
