They lose their qualified immunity when they violate their oath of office and act under color of law. An unlawful arrest can include being liable for false imprisonment. Being detained or arrested without having comited an actual crime is a seizure, violation of the 4th Amendement. Many ask if they are being detained but it can be better to say that one doesn't consent to being seized.
There are many misdemeanors and felonies that are not actual crimes. An actual crime is also considered a public offense.
A claim can be filed against an officer's bond. If they lose their bond they lose their job as an officer.
Small claims court can also be beneficial. The officer named in the suit is required to make an appearance and may not be represented by an attorney. Some states allow up to a $10,000 claim in small claims court.
Any statements of facts revealed in the small claims matter can be used towards criminal prosecution. If you desire someone's assistance in court that isn't an attorney they can appear as a "friend of the court".
There is also a method for obtaining a "default" before going to court in which instance the default would be deemed a "win".

Got arrested for being aggressive, trying to push cops and security out of their way. Probably were recording inside where it was prohibited. The only property that is “publicly owned” property is the sidewalk. The “public’s” name is not on the land deed or any lease agreement. They have the right to set forth any policy regarding their building and offices. It’s funded by either the government, the state, the county or city. Unless the public is writing checks directly to them they are not paying their wages or funding them.

With an attitude so deranged as she has. IF Godzilla came upon her on a street, he would jump off of a cliff to avoid her. A sign on a building that cites that the building is CLOSED. This means just that, no entrance is permitted until the next business day. Documents cannot be accepted by security staff as they must be registered and secured. BANGING ON A CLOSED DOOR, YELLING PROFANITY AT THE SECURITY STAFF. MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF ASSAULT WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON THE SITUATION. SIMPLE SOLUTION IS TO RETURN ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, LEAVE THE CELL PHONE CAMERA TURNED OFF AND USE RESPECTFUL LANGUAGE AND YOU JUST MIGHT SEE POSITIVE RESULTS. IN SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ACTIONS LIKE THOSE YOU USED WOULD RESULT IN POSSIBLE SOAKING WITH DIRTY WATER IN ADDITION TO INCARCERATION FOR UNDETERMINANT TERMS.
