Even though they harass me and dig time and time again they continue to find no wrong doing on my end. They continue to harass me on anonymous complaints. They continue not to pursue criminal charges against false reporting. This department has waved sovereign immunity against negligence. They are acting in a negligent manner. Those are the facts. They continue to violate my civil rights. In reports I obtained they label me as anti government and prejudice, and defame my character by accusing me of charges I have never been arrested or accused of.
