Policing for profit baby! Don't need fed money if you just revenue the public….oh wait…no, it says here that they get more federal funding if they get a certain amount of arrests. No wonder they're going out looking for probable cause to search a vehicle and detain citizens, it gives them the privilege to override your 4th ammendment rights when they get you on a minor infraction.
