"It's harder work" really?. I agree that violating citizens constitutional rights, and lying to your emplorers is hard work, but this idiot captain made it look real easy, but then again, he has many yrs of practice.

FYI look up the statute about filing complaints. What the captain said is the misinformation they generally give. You noticed he was only interested in getting your name so the accused will know who you are. What could possible happen. Be able to quote the statute and explain the process of filing an anonymous complaint. What I've seen from auditors it works really well.

Captain Copsplain.. Telling all about cops bill of rights.. but that doesn't change our bill of rights that became our first 10 amendments.
Also.. It is just plain BS when they think they can bully badger ID batter kidnap cage or fine us over an anonymous complaint call, yet they don't want to allow anonymous complaints against themselves.

Don't just ask for 1 complaint form, ask for 3 and tell them it's because you need one for their buddies in internal affairs, another one for the " Peace Officer Standards And Training Board " ( tinyurl.com/y5yalw3x ) where the offending officer/s got their certification, and another one for the local prosecutor/s to request that the complaint be taken into account when deciding whether or not the offending officer/s should be placed on a Brady List ( tinyurl.com/ybgo2jze )
