If the citizens don’t have the right to know what goes on in their own community so that they can know if they need to spend more tax money on policing or not, then I would say the answer would be no more money. Defund the police until they develop a policy and attitude in line with transparency. Don’t tell us what’s going on , Then you don’t get any money.

I know this is off topic, but, today (Tuesday, June 13th, 2023), there is supposed to be thousands of protesters in Miami to protest Donald Trump being indicted. I don't know if you were going to want to do any coverage of it, the way you did last August with the raid at Mar a Lago. I know you are about 70 miles away. Well anyway, it should be quite the scene, maybe a bit chaotic.
