I live in this valley he will never get those charges dropped cops do what they want around here and the courts will always back them. Ive seen cops do shitty things around here

Exactly why you have to always film your public officials -they try and lie always . "When you lie to the public you lose trust you lose respect." Overturn Frazier v. Cupp, 394 U.S. 731 (1969) letting cops lie to the public.

Man you guys with the names malarkey. Protecting your rights is fantastic but unless it’s a local policy there is not reason for their giving their names! That isn’t the hill to die on! That isn’t a Bill of Rights inalienable right. I totally support you guys but demanding names is just pissing people off with for no real reason.

That should be a lawsuit where the cops loose their qualified immunity for knowingly infringing on your First Amendment rights.

At the very end of the video…..Did I just have an epiphany about a "fix-ticket" to get charges dismissed or did I just witness the real thing? A real cop was trying to help a fellow citizen to do the right thing by sharing that kind information that most of us have never heard of. It's always about the money when people get charged with bogus charges but this guy seemed genuine….I hope. I'm glad you got the charges dropped 👏

Your content turned into trash. Be you! Your fell into the youtube bullshit. Other people's content isn't your content. Come back.!!

At first, I though this was Garfield county Utah. I'm starting to research about the sheriff of this town. I've just recently heard that my boss has recently purchased land in Garfield county that backs up against the sheriff's land. There has been more than a couple, not so tasteful, encounters and a lot of going on. We've come out this weekend to do some work on the land and a deputy has already started to keep an eye on us. If anyone is interested about this story and wants to talk to me about this, please reach out. I guess the sheriff is under indictment for multiple things but I can't find anything on it. Just the things I've found out now it's me directly in the "line of fire" for this sheriff and his deputies because of my involvement with the property and my boss that owns the company.

This is why I would never go alone. I would have a back up camera/Witness or I wouldn't do it. The America many people live in is worse than Nazi Germany and these LEO's are crooked to the heart.
