Next time you get asked for press credentials, ask the public servant to describe what the press credentials they expect to see look like so you can get them the proper info. When they say, "uhhh… I dunno… an ID from a news organization or something…" point out that; A: you don't need press credentials but; B: even if you did and you were legally required to show them its pretty clear you could hand them something off your printer because, unlike a drivers license, they can't possibly know what "official" press credentials look like because they do not exist.

Don't answer questions. File complaints. Escalate to Mayor. Follow-up with civil litigation with your attorney. Your intentions are good but you must follow a certain cadence. Recommend you watch a few "Long Island Audit" videos to get the oral arguments when confrontation occurs with police. Would be interested in knowing what happens with your other arrest. You are amazing but susceptible to ignorant and uneducated police bullies. It's all about your lawyers track record and how the courts view civil rights violations. Sorry you got arrested. The biggest thing is not answering questions and refraining from politely asking if you can do what you're doing. Cops will jump all over you! And they know you! LoL
