What I witnessed, not allegations. My sisters neighbor, a local county or city worker. She , at her private capacity, backs into my nephews parked car. She pleaded with my nephew, not to call police. She will take full responsibility and pay for all damages. She , instructed my nephew to take the car for repairs at a specific local body shop. What I later learned was that NJ tax payers ended paying for her accident on her private vehicle and private capacity, but somehow, she was able to put it on the county budget? Real talk.
