Ray reached out to Robert Vincent chief of police for further clarification as to why and where he was trespassed. The Chief sent Ray an explanation stating he is trespassed from the fence beyond and etc. The letter is in the video. Ray as you see on his bike was in the parking lot not behind the fence.

Later in the video when officer Ross turns his body camera off he then walks up to Ray who was in the police car handcuffed, and issues him another trespass warning for the casino which he never was in.
