Reminds me of the time my landlord (living overseas 8000 miles away) complained to the rental agency that I fixed and deducted costs from the the monthly rent of substantial hail damaged roofing repairs which he wanted to do in a months time when he felt like it.
Rental agency was also agro that they “were not getting the rent.”Didn’t give a crap about the circumstances just money and the landlords wishes.I was viewed as scum of the earth by both parties.
Expected to live like a dog .
