These "LAW ENFORCEMENT" or rather "LAW ABUSING" officer were surely dealing with a highly dangerous case for bocking off so much with their favorite yellow tape, they likely stopped someone with a tail-light out, or an air-frechener hanging from the rearview mirrir, and you can't be careful enough nowaday if you are a corrupt uniformed coward.
Just the other day they HAD TO shoot someone that was doing what they themselves always do, shining at light at them, which was OF COURSE reason enough to shoot that person, as they were in fear of their cowardish lives.
