Same thing happened to me… i yelled @#!T at cops, but the moment i turned away they claimed i was fleeing and tackled me from behind. Charged w/ fleeing from law enforcement, resisting and obstruction. Got to court, judge saw their body cam and I was not running away… they obviously got triggered and judge dismissed charges and admonished cops for filing a false report and reinstated my license.
