Amazing they can actually legally police their community like this. This cop is obviously not native to the community he is policing. Not one bit of remorse for what he’s doing. He will end up in jail for domestic. Shouldn’t have kids, ever. We don’t need offspring from this dude in society.

that foot on the neck was completely unnecessary as the teen was not resisting, the officer could has just as easily just placed his foot on his upper back! The teen also had his hands up when the officer tazed him which again was not necessary as the officer was really too quick on the trigger. all in all this was very poor training or judgement on part of the officer.
